Return Policy

At Jewell Clip, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you wish to return an item for store credit or exchange it, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not offer refunds. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unused, undamaged, and unaltered.

Return Process:

1. To initiate a return for store credit, please include your order number and the item you wish to return.

Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your store credit.

Exchange Process:

1. Specify the color of the item you would like to exchange.

2. Note this information on your packing slip or a separate piece of paper.

3. Include the packing slip or note in your return package. After processing your exchange request, you will receive a payment link. Once the payment is completed, we will ship your exchanged item.

International Shipping:

For international orders, if a package is unable to be delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to pay any customs fees. Should the product be returned to Jewell Clip, the customer will receive store credit to place a new order but must pay for the shipping again. Custom fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Final Sale Items:

Please note that ponytails, volume powder, storage bags with hair hangers, accessories, and the Jewell Brush are all final sale items. Additionally, all sale items are considered final sale.

How to Care for Your Jewell Clip 
Extensions & Toppers

1. Brush Gently
Before and after each use, brush your hair using the Jewell Brush. Start from the ends and work your way up to avoid pulling or breakage.

2. Wash Only When Needed
After using a lot of hair spray and hair products, Use sulfate-free shampoo. Gently wash with lukewarm water and avoid scrubbing or twisting. Lightly condition the ends. 

3. Air Dry 
After washing and conditioning, gently blot with a towel. Lay flat or use a Jewell Clip Hanger to air dry.

4. Use Low Heat
If heat styling, we suggest that you apply a heat protectant and keep tools under 350°F.

5. Store with Care
Keep your hair protected by storing it in the Jewell Clip Carrier Bag or Silk Hair Pouch. Always store in a cool, dry place.

6. Color Carefully
you can dye your Jewell Clip piece darker. We do not recommend bleaching, as it may compromise the hair quality. For the best results, we strongly suggest having any color services done by a professional stylist.

Some of our products labeled as “Virgin” may be safely lifted or lightened.

Please note: All color treatments are done at the customer’s own risk. Jewell Clip is not responsible for any damage resulting from color processing.

1. How do I select the correct color? Each Jewell Clip shade is manufactured with multi-tonal hair strands, specifically designed to naturally blend to hair colors within the same family. Start by choosing the color that is closest to your own shade. For those with highlights who are unsure of which mixed shade to choose from, remember that for the most part, clip-in extensions fall underneath your natural hair. Therefore, if you are at a crossroads between two mixed colors, we recommend choosing the darker set for a more natural look, as highlighted hair typically is lightest around the top of your head and darker underneath.

What is Jewell Clip? Jewell Clip is a luxury clip-in hair extension line that meets the standards for the highest quality hair in the industry and offers various lengths, pony tails, and accessories as well as the Jewell Brush, specifically designed to help your hair grow by increasing circulation to the head, allowing natural oils from the scalp to protect your cuticle.

4. Is Jewell Clip real human hair? Yes, Jewell Clip is 100% Remy human hair with six times the volume of your typical Remy hair extensions.
   
   
5. How many different colors does Jewell Clip come in? Jewell Clip comes in 18 different colors. We offer 15 solid colors and three mixed, highlighted colors. To see colors click here.
   
   
6. What lengths and weights of hair does Jewell Clip offer? Jewell Clip offers 14-inch, 18-inch, 22-inch and 24-inch sets, weighing in at 120 grams, 160 grams, 200 grams and 220 grams, respectively.
   
   
7. How do I care for my Jewell Clip hair extensions? Your Jewell Clip hair should be washed after 3-4 uses. Gently comb out tangles with your Jewell Brush before washing. Use warm water shampoo and conditioner, blot hair with a towel and gently comb hair from bottom to top. Blow dry hair with Jewell Brush or simply let air dry.
   
   
8. How are the clips attached to the hair? The clips are sewn to tracks of hair. There are tracks of hair sewn underneath each other, creating a flat base where the clip is attached.
   
   
9. Can I use hot styling tools on my Jewell Clip? Yes, Jewell Clip is 100% real human hair, style it as you would your own. NOTE: Anything over 350 degrees can damage your Jewell Clip.
   
   
10. Can I sleep with my Jewell Clip hair? Sleeping with your Jewell Clip hair is not recommended. Clipping out your Jewell Clip hair takes seconds, simply un-snap the clips and gently slide out.
    
    
11. Can I color my Jewell Clip hair? Yes, we recommend coloring your Jewell Clip darker. Do not highlight, all chemical processes should be only attempted by a salon professional.

16. How long does Jewell clip Hair last? Depending on how much you use and curl and process your Jewell Clip hair, it could last forever. However, maximal use (curl/blow dry everyday) and daily/frequent use of heat to the hair could shorten its lifespan. 
    
    
17. I placed my order online...Now what? Once the order is processed through our website, the email will be sent to the email address provided on the order confirming your order was received with a tracking number for your reference.
