We proudly ship both within the United States and internationally. Please review all details before placing your order.
U.S. Shipping (Domestic)
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1â3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping typically takes 2â7 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Jewell Clip is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Exchanges (U.S. Orders Only)
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
- All tags must be intact
- Customer must include what item or color they would like to exchange for

Please note:
- We do not offer refunds
- Store credit only will be issued once the item is received and approved
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Jewell Clip reserves the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has shipped, Jewell Clip is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If your tracking shows âdelivered,â please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist by providing shipping documentation if needed.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:
- Reshipping fees will be the customerâs responsibility
- Store credit may be issued at our discretion, minus any shipping costs

Final Sale Policy
All international orders are considered final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed and shipped.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any additional fees required by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to the shipping carrier or customs authority.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or cannot be delivered due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect address, or lack of response to the carrier:
- The order will not be refunded
- If the package is returned to Jewell Clip, store credit may be issued at our discretion
- Any original shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier penalties will be deducted
- Reshipping fees are the customerâs responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with their countryâs import laws. Jewell Clip is not responsible for items that are delayed, confiscated, restricted, or rejected by customs.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an international order, you agree to this policy. Filing a chargeback or dispute after receiving your order, refusing delivery, or failing to pay customs fees is considered a violation of this agreement.
Jewell Clip reserves the right to provide order details, tracking confirmation, and customer communication to payment processors to dispute any claims. We also reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who initiate unjustified disputes.
