The 2 inch wide band is offered in 10 inch and 16 inch lengths and is ideal for natural, lightweight frontal coverage along the hairline.

The 3 inch wide band is available in a 10 inch length and provides more coverage across the top with light coverage through the crown, making it a great option for more advanced thinning or hair loss at the front and top of the head.

We also offer our Silk Base Topper, which features a scalp like silk base for the most natural parting effect. This topper provides more volume and coverage and is secured with clips, making it ideal for clients looking for fullness at the top with a realistic scalp appearance.

Our Hybrid Hairline Topper combines the natural hairline of the Hairline Topper with a connected topper base, offering full coverage while maintaining a seamless, natural hairline. It is perfect for those who want the look of a hairline topper with added top coverage

Do I need to style my Jewell Clip hairline topper before wearing it?

We recommend lightly wetting your hairline topper and styling it before wearing for the best, most natural look.



How do I customize and wear my Jewell Clip hairline topper?

When you receive your hairline topper, you’ll notice extra lace. You can trim the lace to match your natural hairline or desired style — for the best results, we recommend having a hairstylist help you.

Adjust the hanging string for a comfortable fit. To wear it, place it on like a headband, tighten it, and trim any extra string.

If a bead comes loose, don’t worry! We’ve included extra beads. Simply slide a bead onto the fish wire and clamp it securely in place.

Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email sent to the email address provided at checkout. This confirms that we’ve received your order. Provide your full legal shipping address including street, number, apartment/suite, city, postal code, and country.

Carriers cannot deliver to addresses such as 'next to the green building.' Incomplete addresses may cause delays or returns.

Each country has different rules for human hair products. Customs clearance and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Some regions restrict or prohibit human hair imports—please check your local regulations.

3. Shipping Times
Delivery varies by country and customs process. Standard: 7–21 business days. Express: 3–10 business days.

4. Customer Responsibility

At Jewell Clip, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you wish to return an item for store credit or exchange it, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not offer refunds. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unused, undamaged, and unaltered.

What does it mean when an item is on backorder?

It means the item is currently out of stock, but we have shipments on the way to restock our warehouse. Ordering a backordered item is the best way to make sure you’re first in line once it arrives.

As soon as we get your item back in stock, we’ll ship it right out to you. You’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number — no need to follow up, we’ll handle everything for you.

We’ll also do our best to share an estimated restock date on our website and keep you updated by email until your order ships.

How do I choose the right color?

Jewell Clip pieces are made with multi-tonal strands to blend naturally with similar shades. For clip-ins, choose the shade closest to your hair—when in doubt between two, go lighter for a more natural blend. Ponytails should match the base of your hair, not the ends (unless going for an ombré look). For toppers and Hairline Toppers, match the top and mid sections.

1. Brush Gently
Before and after each use, brush your hair using the Jewell Brush. Start from the ends and work your way up to avoid pulling or breakage.

2. Wash Only When Needed
After using a lot of hair spray and hair products, Use sulfate-free shampoo. Gently wash with lukewarm water and avoid scrubbing or twisting. Lightly condition the ends. 

3. Air Dry 
After washing and conditioning, gently blot with a towel. Lay flat or use a Jewell Clip Hanger to air dry.

4. Use Low Heat
If heat styling, we suggest that you apply a heat protectant and keep tools under 350°F.

5. Store with Care
Keep your hair protected by storing it in the Jewell Clip Carrier Bag or Silk Hair Pouch. Always store in a cool, dry place.

6. Color Carefully
