We proudly ship both within the United States and internationally. Please review all details before placing your order.

U.S. Shipping (Domestic)

📦 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days.

Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.


📍 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

Jewell Clip is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


🔄 Exchanges & Returns (U.S. Orders Only)

We offer exchanges or returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered

All tags must be intact

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility


How to Exchange or Return for Store Credit: (USA ONLY) 

1. Include your order number and the item you wish to return.

2. Send your item to:

3. Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be added to your account.

4. You can then use your store credit at checkout by logging in with your email to purchase any item you like.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has shipped, Jewell Clip is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

If tracking shows “delivered,” contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We can provide shipping documentation if needed.


📬 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:

Reshipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility

Store credit may be issued at our discretion, minus any shipping costs

International Shipping


🌍 Final Sale Policy

All international orders are considered final sale.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed and shipped.


💰 Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any additional fees required by their country.

These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to the shipping carrier or customs authority.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

International shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including customs, carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


📍 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.

Missing or incorrect information may result in delays or returned shipments.


📦 Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or cannot be delivered due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect address, or lack of response to the carrier:

The order will not be refunded

If returned to Jewell Clip, store credit may be issued at our discretion

Any original shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier penalties will be deducted

Reshipping fees are the customer’s responsibility

Jewell Clip is not responsible for items that are delayed, confiscated, restricted, or rejected by customs.


💳 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an international order, you agree to this policy.

Filing a chargeback or dispute after receiving your order, refusing delivery, or failing to pay customs fees is considered a violation of this agreement.

Jewell Clip reserves the right to provide order details, tracking confirmation, and customer communication to payment processors to dispute any claims.

We also reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who initiate unjustified disputes.
