Return Policy
At Jewell Clip, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you wish to return an item for store credit or exchange it, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not offer refunds. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unused, undamaged, and unaltered.
Return Process:
1. To initiate a return for store credit, please include your order number and the item you wish to return.
2. Please send your item to the following address:

Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your store credit.
Exchange Process:
1. Specify the color of the item you would like to exchange.
2. Note this information on your packing slip or a separate piece of paper.
3. Include the packing slip or note in your return package. After processing your exchange request, you will receive a payment link. Once the payment is completed, we will ship your exchanged item.

International Shipping:
For international orders, if a package is unable to be delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to pay any customs fees. Should the product be returned to Jewell Clip, the customer will receive store credit to place a new order but must pay for the shipping again. Custom fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Final Sale Items:
Please note that ponytails, volume powder, storage bags with hair hangers, accessories, and the Jewell Brush are all final sale items. Additionally, all sale items are considered final sale.
