Your satisfaction is our priority! If you wish to return (for store credit) or exchange an item, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not issue refunds. To be eligible, products must be in their original condition, meaning they should not be damaged, used, untied, or tampered with. Please note that the return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

**Exchange Process:**
1. Specify the color of the item you would like to exchange.

3. Include the packing slip or note in your return package. After processing your exchange request, you will receive a payment link. Once the payment is completed, we will ship your exchanged item.
