At Jewell Clip, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your order, refusing delivery, or failing to pay shipping or customs fees is a violation of this policy.

• Jewell Clip reserves the right to dispute any chargeback or unauthorized payment claim to the fullest extent permitted by law.

U.S. Orders (Domestic)

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and unaltered with all tags intact.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• We do not offer refunds. Returns or exchanges are issued as Store Credit only without the shipping costs.

3. Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be added to your account. You can then use this credit at checkout to purchase any item.

Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

• Jewell Clip is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or returned packages.

• If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

• Store credit may be issued at our discretion, minus shipping and return shipping fees.

Final Sale Policy

• All international orders are final sale.

• We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the order has been placed and shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other feesimposed by their country.

• These fees are not included in the order total and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs authority.

Shipping & Delivery

• International shipping times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

• Orders refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid fees or incorrect addresses will not be refunded.

• Store credit may be issued at our discretion, minus shipping, return, and customs fees.

• Reshipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs Regulations

• Customers are responsible for ensuring products comply with local import laws.

• Jewell Clip is not responsible for items delayed, confiscated, restricted, or rejected by customs.
