Returns & Exchanges

โ€ข Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

โ€ข Items must be unused, unworn, and unaltered with all tags intact.

โ€ข Return shipping costs are the customerโ€™s responsibility.

โ€ข We do not offer refunds. Returns or exchanges are issued as Store Credit only without the shipping costs.ย

Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

โ€ข Jewell Clip is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or returned packages.

โ€ข If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping fees are the customerโ€™s responsibility.

โ€ข Store credit may be issued at our discretion, minus shipping and return shipping fees.
