Jewell Clip – Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Jewell Clip! We proudly ship both within the United States and internationally. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

🛑 Important Legal Notice regarding Chargebacks & Disputes:

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your order, refusing delivery, or failing to pay shipping or customs fees is a direct violation of this policy. Jewell Clip reserves the right to dispute any unauthorized chargebacks to the fullest extent permitted by law by providing order details, tracking confirmation, and customer communication to payment processors. We also reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who initiate unjustified disputes.

🇺🇸 U.S. Orders (Domestic Shipping & Returns)

📦 Processing & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 2–7 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

  • Please Note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges (USA ONLY)

  • No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. Returns or exchanges are issued as Store Credit only (excluding original shipping costs).

  • Timeframe: Exchange/return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and unaltered with all original tags intact.

  • Shipping: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

How to Process Your Return or Exchange:

  3. Your Options Upon Receipt:

    • Direct Exchange: If you know what color or style you want instead, specify it in your package or via email. We will waive the 3% restocking fee and ship the new color/style to you for free.

    • Store Credit: If you do not specify a replacement item, a 3% restocking fee will be deducted from your total, and the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

💳 Store Credit Guide

  • How to use it: Sign in to your account (or use Shop Pay) using your order email, add your items to the cart, and select Store Credit as your payment method at checkout.

  • The Rules: Store credit never expires, can be used on any product in our store, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

📍 Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Domestic Packages

  • Address Accuracy: Customers must provide a complete and correct shipping address. Jewell Clip is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

  • Lost/Stolen: Once an order has shipped, Jewell Clip is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If tracking shows "delivered," please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We can provide shipping documentation if needed.

  • Undeliverable: If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or a bad address, reshipping fees are the customer's responsibility. At our discretion, store credit may be issued minus all shipping costs.

  • All international orders are Final Sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an international order has been placed and shipped.

💰 Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are entirely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and additional fees required by their destination country. These charges are not included in your Jewell Clip checkout total and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs authority.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring products comply with local import laws. Jewell Clip is not liable for items delayed, confiscated, restricted, or rejected by customs.

🚚 Delivery & Shipping Delays

  • International shipping times are estimates only and vary by destination. Jewell Clip is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, or severe weather.

📦 Lost, Refused, or Undeliverable International Packages

  • Lost/Stolen: Once shipped, Jewell Clip is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered international packages. Please contact your carrier directly to file a claim.

  • Refused or Unclaimed: Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or cannot be delivered due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect addresses will not be refunded.

  • Store Credit Discretion: If the package is successfully returned to Jewell Clip, store credit may be issued at our sole discretion. Any original shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier penalties will be deducted from this credit. Reshipping fees remain the customer's responsibility.
